Wednesday, 8:45- 10:00 a.m. Ananda Yoga with Ginny Heer
Yoga is held in the Chapel. Please enter through the South Entrance (facing Ta Ra Rin Restaurant) and park in the free spaces around the church.
Free Wednesday Yoga is a meditative practice uniting body, breath, and mind. Grounded in Ananda Yoga, the sequence is flowing, utilizing level one poses. Modifications are offered. Each 75 minute session consists of Asana (poses), Savasana (deep relaxation), and Mindfulness Practice (sitting meditation). Beginners are welcomed. Loaner mats are available. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a blanket to use both as a cushion and for warmth. You can drop in at any time, as the practice varies only a little from week to week.
