Working With Our Children

We are always looking for volunteers who have an interest in children and may want to help in our nursery or Sunday School. Please contact Pastor Renee at renee@heartofeugene.org if you can help, even with substitution. Before working with kids in our church, you must get a background check and take a class called “Safe Sanctuary” about safe, respectful ways to be with children. We will be having the class on a Sunday after church in April, so please contact Renee if you plan to come. Even if you have taken such a class before, it should be taken again every 2 years.

directory updates needed

Church Directory Update

Work has resumed in compiling a Church Directory of members’ and regular attendees’ contact information. We are asking for your help in verifying the information we have for you. The information we have is from a 2022 list and there are many names that need to be added. We apologize if your name is not included on this list. Please take some time before or after services to stop at the back table to review or add your information to our list. Thank you for helping us get an accurate and up-to-date member/attendee directory! Our goal is to have individual printed copies ready to distribute in April. If you cannot make it to the church building, please call the office during the week to see if your information needs to be updated.
