2nd Annual Golf Tournament
The
2nd Annual First Christian Church Golf Tournament was held on
Saturday, June 18th at Sutton Ridge Golf Course. The following
photos tell the story:

Greg Ybarra served as Master
of Ceremonies

Grandson's John and Dylan
Campbell watch as GrandDad Dave gives a putting lesson.

Golfers were joined by a
large Heron on the 8th hole (we almost had a birdie!).

OK, the Campbell's have
never been known for their environmental sensitivities.

The 7th hole had the
"Closest to the Critter" contest (what else but a stuffed pig
hanging upside down in the forest?!).

Darrel came prepared with a
unique tee and club combination (Louisville Slugger!).

The scores were tallied, and
Pinky Murphy (who seems to have been a late addition -- penciled in?) and
his crew won for a 2nd year in a row with a score of 29!

The proud winners -- Pinky
wearing the trademark pink shirt.

As a bonus, everyone was
invited to participate in a putting competition. Pictured above is
our own Pastor Dan Bryant seemingly praying for that first putt to fall.

Peter Lauer walked off the
putting green as the putting champion!

After a wonderful lunch,
awards were presented -- here, Dan Lauer gets the coveted
Closest-to-the-Critter award!

Finally, the very coveted
FCC Golf Trophy rests safely in Pinky's hands!
SEE YOU
ALL NEXT YEAR! Can Pinky make it three years in a row?!
